Thanks to sustained investments over time, SILDVB COM SA has diversified both its projects and its client portfolio.

SILDVB COM SA is engaged in a process of expanding its range of customers for the home appliance industry through Beko Romania SA.

Our collaboration with DACIA-RENAULT is long-standing, they are our main client. This partnership has produced a wide range of successful projects:

Since 1991

Over the years, SILDVB has produced and supplied parts for the well-known cars produced by the Dacia factory: 1300, Nova, 1310, later Dacia Renault: Supernova, Solenza, Logan, Duster or other versions known under the project names: X52, K52, H79, HJD, RJI and others. The designation of the number of references for these projects has varied over time, producing between 12 and 66 references for each project. These were manufactured using classic step-by-step technology in the early 2000s.

  • 2010

    The year 2010 was a groundbreaking year in the acquisition of automatic steel coil feeding lines and progressive stamping, implementing this new technology at the time on the first new 200T machine.

  • 2015

    In 2015, SILDVB COM SA expanded its client base, starting to work for new clients: Arctic SA (ARCELIK group) in Romania, Grupo Cosmos and JBM Auto in India, Sofedit and Veron International (GMD) in France.

  • 2020

    The year 2020 brought a new production hall where 500t and 630t presses are housed, as well as spot welding machines.

  • 2021

    SILDVB COM SA has finished setting up the welding area and purchased a new electroerosion machine and a new 3D measuring machine

  • 2022

    SILDVB COM SA was appointed supplier for 83 references on the P1310 project and completed the construction of a new 1800 sq m raw materials and tools warehouse.
    It purchased 2 new 630t presses with a press table of 1500 mm x 3500 mm and automatic feeding systems with a maximum width of 1200 mm.

  • 2023

    SILDVB was appointed supplier for 11 references for the R1310 project, completed all the molds for the P1310 and ordered a new 630t press that will arrive in the second half of 2024, along with an automated line. It purchased 5 spot welding machines.

  • 2024

    SILDVB has been appointed as the supplier for 5 more references for the R1310 project.
    It completed the construction of a new tent for storage and loading of trucks, renewed the machinery park with a 630t press, along with an automatic line, 2 new welding machines and an electric forklift.

  • 2025

    SILDVB was appointed supplier for 9 more references for the R1310 and purchased another 630t press along with an automatic line.
